    cleanse your face and thoroughly wet your nose. Peel the strip from the backing and apply it to your nose, pressing firmly. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes until it becomes stiff. Gently peel off the strip starting from the edges. Rinse your face with water to remove any residue. Use regularly for best results.
