Clean the heel area and dry it completely. Remove the protective paper covers from both sides of the patch and the white cover in the center. Position the longer side horizontally against the heel, starting from the sole, then wrap the side wings around the heel to secure it. Leave on for 1–2 hours, then remove. For a more secure fit, wear a sock over the patch.
